Refund Policy

1. Our Commitment
We want you to be completely satisfied with VedIntelAstroAPI. If you are not happy with your subscription, we offer a fair and transparent refund process as described below.
2. Free Trial
All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends without any charge.
No refund is applicable for free trial periods as no payment is taken.
3. Eligibility for Refunds
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You request a refund within 7 days of your first paid charge on a new subscription
- You have made fewer than 1,000 API calls in the current billing period
- The refund request is for your most recent payment only
Refunds are not available if:
- More than 7 days have passed since the charge
- You have exceeded 1,000 API calls in the billing period
- You are requesting a refund for a period beyond the most recent payment
- Your account was suspended or terminated due to Terms of Service violations
- The charge was for an API top-up (additional call packages)
4. Exceptional Circumstances
If you experience a service outage or technical failure attributable to VedIntelAstroAPI that results in significant API call failures, you may be eligible for a pro-rated credit or refund. Please contact us within 14 days of the incident with supporting documentation.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at support@predintel.zohodesk.in with:
- Your registered email address
- Your Razorpay payment ID or order number
- The reason for your refund request
Alternatively, use the contact form and select "Billing & Payments" as the subject.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5–7 business days to reflect on your statement
- UPI / Net Banking: 3–5 business days
- Wallets: 1–3 business days
Razorpay payment gateway fees (if any) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.
7. Plan Downgrades
Downgrading your plan takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will not receive a refund for the difference in plan cost for the current period. The lower-tier plan will begin at the next billing date.
8. Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancelling your subscription stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period. To request a refund for the current period, you must submit a refund request as described in Section 5 within the eligibility window.
