Terms of Service

By accessing or using VedIntelAstroAPI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and CoMo® Workshops, operator of VedIntelAstroAPI.

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements. Use of the Service by individuals under 18 is not permitted.

Upon registration, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the API according to your selected plan. Your API key is personal and confidential — do not share it publicly or embed it in client-side code.

You are responsible for all activity under your API key. We reserve the right to suspend or revoke keys that violate these terms without notice.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to process data for illegal purposes or in violation of applicable laws
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying computation algorithms
• Resell or sublicence the API without prior written permission
• Exceed your plan's rate limits or bypass quota enforcement mechanisms
• Use the Service to build a competing Vedic astrology API product
• Submit false, misleading, or malicious data to the API
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use the Service in any way that causes harm to minors

Subscription fees are charged monthly in advance. All payments are processed by Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Prices are listed in USD. For Indian customers, INR pricing is available; GST will be applied as per applicable rates.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance.

The Free plan provides 500 API calls per month at no charge. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free tier with 30 days' notice. Paid plans include a 14-day free trial; no charge is made until the trial ends.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you retain access until then.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law.

All content, code, documentation, and branding on VedIntelAstroAPI is owned by CoMo® Workshops. You retain ownership of any applications you build using the API.

By using the Service, you do not acquire any rights in our intellectual property beyond the limited licence granted in Section 3.

VedIntelAstroAPI provides computational Vedic astrology data for informational and entertainment purposes. Astrological readings and predictions are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

We make no representations about the accuracy of astrological interpretations. Users and their end-users rely on such content at their own discretion.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMO® WORKSHOPS AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
